The way we fit our services to our clients is with a detailed, initial walk through. After contacted by a client, both owners will schedule a walk through for the designated property. We will walk through the residence with someone from the property to see how the property usually looks, how often you might want or need a cleaning, and to get an overall better idea of what we need to prepare for the cleaning.
As a company we ask that if for whatever reason you are NOT satisfied with your cleaning; that you contact us within a 48 hour window. In addition our operating hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM MONDAY - FRIDAY; if we go over in your house, or things are added onto the cleaning the same day as the scheduled cleaning there is an extra charge of $10.00 per hour after 5:ooPM. We ask thatif you must cancel, or reschedule to contact us with at least a 24 hour notice. Same day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $20.00.
